Sunroe Technologies provides IT solutions, web development, mobile apps, hosting, and digital services. The scope of each service is defined in the signed agreement or invoice.
Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Services may be paused or terminated if payments are delayed.
All intellectual property developed for clients remains their property once full payment is made. Sunroe Technologies retains rights to use anonymized project data for portfolio purposes.
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive data without prior permission, except when required by law.
Sunroe Technologies is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or issues caused by third-party services or software.
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice. Any outstanding dues must be cleared upon termination.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
